Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Introduction
Welcome to Well-of-Wealth (the "Website"). By accessing or using our platform, applications, and related Services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website and Services.
2. User Eligibility and Scope of Use
2.1 Target Audience: Well-of-Wealth is designed primarily for individual users and small businesses that may not have structured accounting departments. The Services are intended to support users worldwide.
2.2 User Age: While no age restrictions apply, users should ensure they meet the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction to enter legally binding agreements.
2.3 Permitted Use: Users may access and use the Website solely for their personal or business financial management needs. Unauthorized use, including but not limited to unauthorized commercial exploitation, data scraping, or reverse engineering, is strictly prohibited.
Users of the Site are obliged to comply with the provisions and regulations contained in European, U.S. and International law, and to refrain from any illegal or abusive conduct when using this Website or any of the products or Services provided through the Website.
3. Services and Subscription Model
3.1 Services Provided: Well-of-Wealth offers standalone applications designed to help users manage their finances and track various personal or business-related expenses.
It is expressly stated that no generally accepted scientific standards or generally accepted accounting rules and principles are applied in the provided applications and Services.
Well-of-Wealth Services do not provide users with tailor-made solutions, nor do they apply to all possible cases.
Well-of-Wealth does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any result presented, be it table content, result, service or product nor does it guarantee the truth of any information presented on the Website.
3.2 Free and Paid Services: Access to all applications require a subscription, and is offered on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis. Some applications may be available free of charge at the Website’s sole discretion, however, an account registration is also required for them. Discounts may apply depending on the Website’s pricing policy applied.
3.3 Pricing Policy: Well-of-Wealth reserves the right, to modify in its sole discretion its prices and/or its pricing policy without prior notice and without having to justify it. The changes will apply starting immediately for new users and upon the first subscription renewal for existing users.
3.4 Billing and Cancellation:
Subscriptions are billed according to the selected term and may renew automatically for the same plan as the user’s last subscription unless canceled. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods. The Site does not support any other way of downgrading a subscription plan other than expiration of the subscription.
Users may add additional applications either at the end or during their subscription period. In such cases, the subscription for the newly added applications will be prorated to align with the expiration date of the existing subscription. These additional applications will not be eligible for any discount during the current subscription period. At the time of renewal, the entire package (including the additional applications) will renew for the selected subscription term and will be billed with any applicable discounts.
Users expressly agree that they are not entitled to any compensation or refund in cases of malfunction, partial or complete service shutdown, technical problems, force majeure, formula or calculation errors, or dissatisfaction with the provided Services.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Compliance with Laws: Users agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, provisions and regulations and to refrain from any illegal or abusive conduct when using the Services of the Website.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct: Users shall not misuse the Services by engaging in illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities. Well-of-Wealth reserves the right to monitor usage to prevent misuse.
4.3 Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials that is maintaining the confidentiality of:
(a) any passwords or other account identifiers which the user chooses or is assigned as a result of any registration, subscription or logging in on the Website, and
(b) all activities that occur under such password or account.
The Website shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, a user’s failure to comply with this section.
Unauthorized access or use of a user account must be reported immediately to Well-of-Wealth.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
5.1 No Financial Advice: Well-of-Wealth does not provide financial advice. The tools are intended to assist users in tracking and planning their financial transactions and in analysing their financial behaviours. Decisions based on the Website’s applications and Services are made at the user’s discretion, and Well-of-Wealth assumes no liability for those decisions.
5.2 AI Tools and Limitations: The Website includes an AI feature to help users upload and organize documents. Well-of-Wealth is not liable for AI processing errors, document misinterpretations, or malfunctions.
5.3 Service Availability: Well-of-Wealth will not be held responsible for service interruptions or data loss. Users are encouraged to maintain backups of critical data.
5.4 User Errors: Well-of-Wealth disclaims responsibility for errors resulting from user misinterpretation or lack of knowledge regarding application functions.
5.5 Third-Party Data Storage: Well-of-Wealth utilizes third-party data storage providers and disclaims liability for the selection of these providers as well as for any data loss resulting from issues with them.
5.6 Payments through Third Parties: The payment options available on Well-of-Wealth may also be provided through third-party Services, such as PayPal, Viva, Stripe, Apple Pay, etc. By using these payment methods, the user acknowledges and agrees to the following:
(a) Third-Party Responsibility: The processing of payments, including security, data encryption, and transaction verification, is managed by the respective third-party payment providers. This Website does not store or have access to your payment details when made through third-party payment provider, such as credit card information.
(b) Transaction Errors and Delays: This Website is not liable for any transaction errors, delays, or failures caused by the third-party payment providers. Users are encouraged to directly contact the relevant payment provider for resolution.
(c) Applicable Fees: Some payment methods may impose transaction or currency conversion fees. These fees are set by the respective payment provider and are beyond this Website's control.
(d) Payment Disputes: Any disputes or chargebacks related to payments must be resolved between the user and the payment provider.
(e) Compliance with Laws: Users are responsible for ensuring that their payment methods comply with local laws and regulations. This Website is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the use of specific payment methods.

Users expressly acknowledge that the Website has entered into this agreement, and has and will make Website, Website content and Website Services available to them in reliance upon the limitations and exclusions of liability and the disclaimers set forth herein, and that the same form an essential basis of the bargain between the user and the Website.
Users expressly agree that the limitations and exclusions of liability and the disclaimers set forth herein will survive, and continue to apply in the case of, a fundamental breach or breaches, the failure of essential purpose of contract, the failure of any exclusive remedy or termination of this agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership: All content, trademarks, and intellectual property available on the Website or through the Services, including but not limited to software, design, text, logos, images, charts and graphics, are owned or licensed by Well-of-Wealth and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 License Grant: Well-of-Wealth grants users a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Services solely for personal or business use in compliance with these Terms.
6.3 Restrictions: Users may not copy, record, reproduce, create derivative work, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software or otherwise exploit all or part of the content of this Website without explicit written permission from Well-of-Wealth.
7. Data Protection and Privacy

7.2 User Consent: By using the Services, users consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their data in accordance with Well-of-Wealth’s Privacy Policy.
8. Account Management and Termination
8.1 Termination by User: Users may terminate their accounts at any time. Well-of-Wealth will retain data associated with a closed account for historical and functional purposes.
Suspending or not renewing a subscription does not constitute closure of the account. Account closure by the users can only be carried out through the explicit option provided in their account settings.
8.2 Termination by Well-of-Wealth: Well-of-Wealth reserves the right, in its sole discretion to immediately deny access, suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Termination may result in the loss of access to the Services, and Well-of-Wealth is not obligated to justify account termination.
9. Modifications to Terms
9.1 Right to Amend: Well-of-Wealth reserves the right to modify these Terms. For significant changes, we will notify users via email or a prominent notice on the Website. Continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users who do not agree with the changes may terminate their account.
9.2 Refunds on Termination: Subscription fees are non-refundable, and Well-of-Wealth will not issue refunds for unused portions of a subscription in the event of termination.
10. Indemnification
10.1 Users agree to indemnify, protect, defend, and hold harmless Well-of-Wealth, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, fines, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from
(i) use of the Services,
(ii) violation of any law in any jurisdiction,
(iii) violation of any term in these Terms, or
(iv) any third-party claim regarding the misuse of Services.
11. Warranties and Disclaimers
11.1 No Warranties: Well-of-Wealth provides the Services on an "as is", "as available" and “with all faults” basis, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. Well-of-Wealth does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11.2 Disclaimer of Implied Warranties: To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Well-of-Wealth disclaims any implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.3 No Offer: Any information, listings or evaluations directly provided by Well-of-Wealth, the Users of the Website or through hyperlinks to third party websites, do not constitute under any circumstances, direct or indirect, exhortation, advice or encouragement to act in any way, nor do they constitute solicitation, nor do they establish a service order.
In no event shall the Website administrators or related natural persons and legal entities be liable for any damages incurred due to users’ actions or omissions in connection with the content of the Website.
Users ought to evaluate the information provided to them and act on their own private will.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12.2 Arbitration and Class Action Waiver: Users agree that any disputes or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, their use of the Services, or any other matter related to the Website shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Greece, with the arbitration held in Athens, Greece. Users agree to waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action related to such dispute or claim.
12.3 Limitation on Claims: Any claim against Well-of-Wealth must be filed within one year after the cause of action arises; otherwise, the claim is permanently barred.
12.4 In Case of Void Provisions: In case a provision is held to be contrary to the law, thus void or voidable, such provision will ipso jure cease to be effective, but the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall be unaffected and shall continue in full force and effect.
13. No Guarantee of Service Availability
Well-of-Wealth makes no representations or warranties regarding the uninterrupted or timely availability of the Services. While we strive to maintain continuous service, we cannot guarantee that the Website or Services will be available at all times, and we will not be held responsible for any disruptions or downtime.
The Website makes no representations or warranties that its use or the use of any of its Services, will be provided on an error-free basis or that such Website Services or the results derived therefrom will meet your requirements or expectations.
14. Right to Modify or Suspend Services
Well-of-Wealth reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, deactivate, or discontinue any part or the whole of the Services or features without prior notice and without paying any compensation. We shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from such modifications or suspensions, including loss of access to the Services or data.
